We’re located inside Core MMA, right in the heart of Hamilton Central! Here’s how to find us with ease:

Directions to Our Clinic

Entrance 1: Main Doors

1. Enter through the main doors of Core MMA.
2. Turn left immediately and follow the edge of the mats (please avoid walking directly on the mats—stay along the edges).
3. Walk straight and turn right at the first turn. You’ll pass the functional exercise area and the cage.
4. Continue along the edge of the mats and walk through the doorway into Project AIR.
5. Look for the raised purple free-running platform. Keep walking down the edge of the mats.
6. At the end, turn right towards the bathrooms, following along the mirrors.
7. Our clinic is the first door on the left

Entrance 2: Side Access (If Main Doors Are Closed)

1. If the main doors of Core MMA are closed, take a left turn at the main doors and walk towards Heathcotes.
2. At the end of the Core MMA building, turn right and follow the fenceline.
3. Walk straight until you reach the garage door labeled “Tracking and Free-Running Academy”.
4. Enter through the garage door and walk through the doorway into Project AIR.
5. Look for the raised purple free-running platform. Continue down the edge of the mats.
6. At the end, turn right towards the bathrooms, following along the mirrors.
7. Our clinic is the first door on the left.
